Help Desk Hours

The Help Desk ticket system is monitored regularly during the work week.  We strive for LESS THAN  24 hour responses to all tickets submitted and have a 99.8% compliance with that response time frame during the work week. 

On Saturday there is limited monitoring and ticket replies.  On Sunday the Help Desk is not staffed and no responses are sent. The ticket system remains functional and tickets can be submitted.  Responses to such tickets will occur on Monday morning EST.  All other self-service portions of the Help Desk are open and available on Sunday - and essentially are available 365 days a year, 24 hours/day.
