Help Desk Issues - August 1, 2018

Our Help Desk supplier pushed a new update out to us over the weekend.  If you have been to the Help Desk before you will note a change in the appearance. Unfortunately this update was not been seamless and has caused several problems.

The Ticket Submission process has now been fixed, and we are working to resolve other smaller issues.

I appreciate your patience as we work through these issues.  Thanks for your understanding and patience.
