Help Desk Issues - August 1, 2018

Our Help Desk supplier pushed a new update out to us over the weekend. If you have been to the Help Desk before you will note a change in the appearance. Unfortunately this update was not been seamless and has caused several problems. |
The Ticket Submission process has now been fixed, and we are working to resolve other smaller issues.
I appreciate your patience as we work through these issues. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
