Registration Problems Windows

In most cases software registration and activation is a simple and straightforward process. However, in some cases
there are issues which can block this step.   In about half of those cases the problem is due to something blocking
communication with our server.  That something is often an antivirus or malware program or a firewall.

Please try the following if you are having problems registering"

1. Temporarily disable your antivirus program (all of its modules)

2. Right click the DS icon and select "Run As Admin".  This will open the program.

When it does, please try registering again.  If it fails, please complete an Incident Support Ticket
and include in that ticket the onscreen error message that you see.
