GUI Appearance in Win 8

Windows 8 has some high resolutions settings built into it that can cause problems with the way
the Video Surgeon interface appears on your screen.  If you are encountering a problem like this
where text is cut off and other items in the GUI do not appear as they should please check your
DPI settings. On Windows 8 this is how you do it.

There are several approaches. I would suggest you start with setting your DPI settings to the
default 96 DPI setting and see if that solves the problem.
