Won't accept Upgrade to Pro in Ver 3 for Mac

We see this occasionally. It seems to be a permissions issue. Here is what I'd you need to do to fix it.|
Library\Application Support\Song Surgeon 3\
in this folder you should find a file named, licence.lic.
Delete this file and then open and register the program again.
If you have problems finding the Library folder that will be because your OS
is hiding it by default. This will fix that issue:
In the Finder, choose Go > Go To Folder.
In the Go To Folder dialog, type ~/Library
