Error Message: The conversion command failed. The output from the converter is:

This error message  "The conversion command failed. The output from the converter is:" can be caused by a couple of things.

1. The first is the use of symbols in file names or folders in the path the file is being saved.  Ampersand, quotes, and other non
alphanumerics can trigger this error. 

For example this name might cause such a problem: Jack&Jill.avi

or

This path :  C:\Users\Documents\"jack"\test.avi

2.  If the above is not the source of your problem, then it is likely the file trying to be opened has no data in it, meaning that
the file size is 0 bytes or only a few bytes.  This is can be due to a problem with a download from the sniffer. 

Please clear you browser cache by following the instructions below and then try downloading this file and opening it
again.
