Video Surgeon does not play the video or I only hear the audio and see no video

This problem is can be found on any Windows OS.  It is most often due to the lack of the correct video codec on your machine.  
If you encounter this problem, we suggest you try updating the codec pack on your computer.  You can download the updated codec pack here

1. Go to your RUN command and enter the text shown below to re-register you AVI codec.
Start -> Run -> regsvr32 quartz.dll

2. If this doesn't solve the problem, please try downloading and installing an updated codec Codec Pack

After installing this codec pack please try to play the video again and see if this solves your problem.
