Registration Problems: cannot receive IP address

When trying to register the product if you see an IP address error message this is
normally caused by something at your end blocking communication with our server.

Cannot receive IP address

The likely culprit is your antivirus program. Temporarily turn off your antivirus programand if you have more than one running turn all off them off.  Once turned off go to the
program icon, right click it, then select Run As Admin. Once the registration window
opens try registering again.

If this fails to solve your problems please complete a support ticket.
