When I attempt to download the files, I receive a message stating that the email or order number does not match.

This problem is normally solved by one of the following three steps.

1. If you manually typed the information into the form, please copy and paste the information - making certain that you do not copy any blanks spaced either before or after the information that is to be entered.

2. If you did copy and paste the information, but still received this error message, please enter the data and try a second time.

3. If the above two steps do not solve your problem, delete the cache on your computer and try again. Once you have attempted to login in without success, the login page is cached on your computer and this can cause a problem. Deleting the cache will solve this problem. Please delete your cookies, temperory internet files, and history files.

In IE you do this by going to

Tools
Internet Options
Select the General Tab
Select Delete Cookies
Select Delete Files
Selet Clear History
